About SoCal TeleVet’s
Virtual Vet & In-Home RVT Care Team

As veterinary care evolves in the digital age, SoCal TeleVet was founded in 2025 to thoughtfully combine modern telehealth regulations with hands-on, in-home care provided by highly skilled registered veterinary technicians. Our mission is to make pet care more accessible, fueled by heart, built on trust, and rooted in transparency.

We envision a future where both pets and employees are prioritized, with love and kindness at the core of everything we do. Our purpose extends beyond just appointments; we are dedicated to supporting the pets and families who need us most, assisting our communities, and leaving a positive impact on the world, one paw at a time.

Meet Our Veterinarians

Dr. Valino - SoCal TeleVet Veterinarian

Dr. Valino

Dr. Valino earned her veterinary degree from The Royal Veterinary College in England and now practices in the heart of Southern California. After a few years in general practice, she discovered her beachy rhythm in shelter medicine, where preventive care and helping pets feel their best are her favorite parts of the job. When she’s not working, she’s out soaking up the sun with her senior pups, Dutchess and Simba.

Dr. Nguyen

Dr. Thuy-Vi Nguyen is originally from Northern California.  She earned her Bachelor’s of Health Sciences at the University of California at Santa Cruz, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.  She stills sees patients in many different clinical settings – emergency, general practice and end-of-life mobile care, but she is very excited to be able to help patients through telemedicine.  Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her partner Bryan and their blended family of young children and fur babies.  Her hobbies include fitness training, exploring the National and State Parks with her family and volunteering at her daughter’s elementary school.  She has just started a collection of National Parks magnets!

Expanding Access to Care & Growing with Purpose

At SoCal TeleVet, growth means more than expanding our reach, it means expanding our impact. Through volunteer efforts, our team has the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while making a meaningful difference in the community.

We provide free vaccines to pets living with individuals and families in homeless shelters, helping remove barriers to essential veterinary care. With support from donations through our GoFundMe, we can continue expanding access to care for pets and their owners who need it most.

Our vision is to partner with nonprofits, shelters, and community organizations to provide free vaccines, preventive care, and spay/neuter services to underserved communities. Together, we’re creating healthier futures for pets, supporting the people who love them, and growing with purpose every step of the way.
