Before booking, please take a moment to review what’s best suited for telehealth care. In line with California guidelines, we’re unable to prescribe controlled medications, and your pet must be physically in California during the visit. If in-clinic care is needed, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

“We had such a wonderful experience with our telehealth veterinary appointment! Dr. Ngo made it easy and she explains everything well. The RVT came directly to our house, which made everything so much better especially since my cat absolutely hates car rides and gets very stressed in the carrier. Being in her own environment made a huge difference. The RVT was calm, patient, and incredibly gentle. They were able to collect bloodwork using fear-free techniques, and my cat stayed relaxed the entire time. They even administered her vaccines while she was happily eating a Churu, and she barely noticed! This was by far the least stressful vet experience we’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for the convenience, compassion, and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone with a nervous pet that prefers to stay comfortably home. “Excellent service, Dr Valino was very nice. Took the time to ask questions about Sam as this was the first time she met him. She asked about Sam’s weight, habits, food and so on. I first contacted SoCal because of a lump on the ear of my dog. She provided good advice for his eating habits to keep him healthy, she also provided options for Sam checked by a vet tech in my house! Service overall excellent, just had a little issue with the connection at the beginning of my appointment but issue was quickly solved and I was able to have my appointment on time. Loved the fact that I did not feel rushed like other places.”
